** Participants with daily registration must pay an additional facility usage fee of 155 EUR + VAT.
- Participants who do not book accommodation through Serenas Tourism at the congress hotels will be charged an additional external participation fee of 155 EUR + VAT per day in addition to the registration fee. This fee is required for entry to the congress center together with the registration payment. It includes lunch and coffee breaks during scientific sessions, but does not include dinners.
- Members with outstanding dues will be charged the same registration fee as non-member specialists.
- All speakers, attendees, accompanying persons, and product representatives must register to attend scientific meetings.
- The registration fee includes: congress bag, certificate of participation, badge, airport–hotel group transfers, and lunch at the congress hotel for participants not staying at the congress hotels.
- VAT is not included in the registration fees. VAT rate is 20%.
- Registration is confirmed only after sending the bank transfer receipt to info@turkrad2026.org or Serenas Tourism.
- Serenas Tourism reserves the right to reflect any changes in taxes or governmental charges to the prices.
- If full payment is not completed by 15 November 2026, a 20% surcharge will be applied based on third-period prices.
CANCELLATION POLICY (REGISTRATION)
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Serenas Tourism.
- Cancellations before 1 August 2026: full refund.
- Cancellations between 1 August – 1 September 2026: 50% refund.
- Cancellations after 1 September 2026: no refund.

- Accommodation packages cover 24 November 2026 check-in and 28 November 2026 check-out (4 nights), on an all-inclusive basis.
- Accommodation prices include 2% accommodation tax but exclude VAT. 10% VAT will be added.
- Accommodation requests must be sent to info@turkrad2026.org. A quotation will be provided, and booking is confirmed only after approval and payment confirmation sent to Serenas Tourism. Requests without confirmed payment and approval will not be accepted and will be placed on a waiting list.
- If full payment is not completed by 15 November 2026, a 20% increase will be applied based on third-period prices.

TRANSFERS
- All participants who submit flight details in advance to Serenas Tourism and complete accommodation booking through Serenas Tourism will be provided with free round-trip group transfers between the airport and congress hotels between 24–28 November 2026.
- Any flight changes must be reported in writing at least 24 hours before departure for transfer adjustments.
- Requests submitted after this period will be considered private transfers. For private transfer requests, please contact us.
